We ship worldwide and strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery.
Sales Tax Notice: According to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no sales tax (VAT) is charged.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Germany: 3 – 5 business days
- International (outside Germany): 7 – 14 business days
(If advance payment is required, delivery time is calculated from the date of payment instruction.)
Note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order includes multiple items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together based on the longest delivery time.
Shipping Providers
Depending on the weight and size of the package, we ship with the following providers:
- DHL – For standard and larger parcels
- Deutsche Post – For smaller packages and letters
- Hermes – For certain domestic and international shipments
Worldwide and Non-EU Customers
BADBRAIN RECORDS is based in Giessen, Germany, meaning that all orders are dispatched from an EU country.
For EU Customers
If your shipping address is within the European Union, no customs formalities apply. Your order will be delivered without additional import duties.
For Non-EU Customers
If your shipping address is outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs declarations, import duties, and handling fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not collected by us.
